If you are not completely delighted with your purchase for any reason, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within thirty days. All refunds will be in the form of a check from Designs for Tranquility for the full purchase price.
Shipping costs on Returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping costs for Exchanges on items of equal or greater dollar value will be reimbursed by Designs for Tranquility in the form of a check. PLEASE NOTE, ONE EXCEPTION is for exchanges on Stone Water Falls, i.e. Shipping Costs for Both Returns and Exchanges for the Stone Waterfalls are the responsibility of the buyer.
